Hi! I am a Clinical Social Worker practicing in Texas with a Master's in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. I have been practicing social work for the past 15 years in a wide array of behavioral health settings. My experience lies in psychotherapy, couples therapy, child therapy, substance abuse, coaching, and motivating. I have been fortunate to walk, hand in hand, with clients who have overcome unforeseen circumstances, traumatic experiences, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have worked with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures, which has enhanced my self-reflection, flexibility, empathy, and listening skills. I am a firm believer that therapy is meant to be fun, so I maintain a good sense of humor.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I place high value on family unity, spending time with my loved ones (to include my dog, Larry!), being respectful of everyone's opinion no matter if it is different than mine, being kind, understanding and empathetic, and being honest and transparent.
