If you are struggling to manage anxiety, depression, OCD, or navigating neurodivergence, college stress, infertility, or pregnancy after loss- I'm your girl. I work with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults adults to work towards their goals in creating a life worth living. The cycle of anxious and intrusive thoughts, masking ADHD, and the grief and trauma of infertility can be exhausting. My clinical approach is rooted in several evidence based approaches, including CBT, CBT, ACT, and IFS to address specific needs of the individual I'm working with. I would love to work with you to help undo shame, get in touch with self-compassion and curiosity, and feel all the feelings rather than running away from them.
