Getting to know Hannah Rothschild
Hannah takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and relational approach to therapy, recognizing that our experiences are held not only in our minds but also in our bodies. She integrates CBT, IFS, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic interventions to help clients better understand themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and create lasting change.
Hannah believes that symptoms are adaptive responses rather than personal flaws. She works collaboratively with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, creating a warm, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity, build self-compassion, and reconnect with their values.
Hannah earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.

I highly recommend Hannah R. She’s helped me through so much throughout our sessions & has such a warm presence. I don’t know if I would have been able to get through a lot of recent tough situations without her. I truly look forward to speaking with her every week.

I love my sessions with Hannah . I feel I can be myself, I can speak my mind and heart without fear of being judged. I feel safe with her. She has been a big help to me in the process of recognizing patterns that are not working anymore for me , to release them and to create a new and updated version of me . Her presence has brought me a beautiful energy and support which have been crucial to integrate my past and future into living my present more consciously. She is sweet , honest and compassionate in her approach which helps me to dive deeper into myself

Hannah is a great therapist. I struggle with anxiety and depression following a very unexpected loss in my family. When I sought professional support I wasn’t even sure what I needed, but Hannah was so great about asking the right questions and really getting a feel for what type of approach would work best for me. Very grateful to have had Hannah’s guidance.

I was new to therapy and tbh not really sure it was for me. Since working with Hannah I feel totally different. She was very patient and helped me feel comfortable even though I wasn't sold on the idea of therapy. I never once felt judged or misunderstood and I have had so many changes in my life. Highly recommend her!

She is amazing at her work very thorough and super informative, very patient and considerate, great at giving structured solutions and conducive strategies that can easily be applied to our day to day life so for a person like me that likes step by step instructions to be able to change her life her approach works perfect.
