Getting to know Hannah Rothschild

Hannah takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and relational approach to therapy, recognizing that our experiences are held not only in our minds but also in our bodies. She integrates CBT, IFS, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic interventions to help clients better understand themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and create lasting change. Hannah believes that symptoms are adaptive responses rather than personal flaws. She works collaboratively with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, creating a warm, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity, build self-compassion, and reconnect with their values. Hannah earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.
