Does getting through your day feel like a struggle? Are you constantly battling racing thoughts, rethinking past decisions, or finding yourself drained from worrying about what's next? Maybe you're overwhelmed by self-doubt, feeling like you're never doing enough, or stuck in a cycle of anxiety that makes it hard to move forward. I work with individuals just like you-hard-working, driven people who are ready for more but feel weighed down by stress, fear of failure, and emotional exhaustion. If you're ready to break free from these patterns and live with more clarity, confidence, and peace, let's get started. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master's in Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University - Ballston Center, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. My main focus is creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and supported. We'll work together, focusing on your unique needs to help you move forward. With empathy and guidance, I'll help you challenge current patterns and build resilience. I'm here to support you in finding what truly works for you. People approach life's challenges differently, often with varying degrees of support. Having at least one supportive person can lead to positive change. I am here to offer that support. Concerned about beginning therapy? Reach out to schedule a no-obligation free 15-minute consultation call to learn more. While I don't work with your insurance company directly (Out of Network Provider), I provide a Superbill that allows you to file for reimbursement with your specific insurance. More resources for determining your reimbursement rate are available on my website! Reminder: Payment is due at the time of service.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me gives you the time and space towards understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are causing the most impact on your daily functioning. I take a collaborative approach, operating with the understanding that you are your own best advocate and expert, and I am here to provide guidance and support. I provide psycho-education as it pertains to your challenges, and find ways to therapeutically balance humor (because therapy doesn't have to be rigid or solemn all the time). My goal is to enrich the development of skills that enables long lasting changes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, I'll be by your side as you unpack the thoughts, emotions, and habits holding you back from growth. We'll work together to understand and shift those limiting beliefs, replacing them with new perspectives that align with your goals and well-being. Along the way, we'll explore mindfulness, practical tools, and ways to empower you in your process.
