I combine psychodynamic and person-centered approaches to help you process past experiences while empowering you to move forward with confidence. What is your typical process for working with clients?

In your first session, we’ll start with a brief introduction (since most information will have been collected beforehand). We’ll discuss confidentiality, the concerns that brought you here, and begin setting goals for our work together. This session is about building trust and laying the foundation for meaningful growth.
