I can’t say enough positive things about Heather, She is truly amazing at what she does. From the very beginning, she created a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where I felt comfortable opening up. She listens deeply, offers thoughtful insight, and has a way of making even the most overwhelming challenges feel manageable.
What sets her apart is not just her professional expertise, but her genuine compassion and commitment to her clients’ growth. She meets you exactly where you are and helps guide you toward healthier perspectives and practical tools you can actually use in daily life.
Because of her, I’ve gained so much clarity and strength, and I know others would absolutely benefit from working with her too. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both kind and effective, I can’t recommend Heather enough.
