Who does Heather work with?
Heather is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and a specialist in sex and relationship therapy. She works with individuals, couples, thruples and polycules to help clients explore gender and sexuality, address conflicts, improve communication, understand attachment styles, and achieve more satisfaction and authenticity in their intimate lives.
Heather has a particular passion for working with entrepreneurs, creatives and empaths. Clients that tend to be a good fit like to “go deep” with their personal growth work. Heather has a diverse caseload--all ages, races, sexual orientations, relationship configurations and gender identities are very welcome!

It would be impossible to list them all here, but Heather’s main clinical interests include dating anxiety, exploring attachment styles, creating healthy boundaries in relationships, increasing emotional intimacy, difficulty orgasming, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, exploring kink, exploring monogamy and non-monogamy, infidelity, sex/porn addiction, gender exploration, gender transitioning, sexual trauma, low libido, sexless marriage, etc.
What approach does Heather take?
Heather is trained in sex therapy from the University of Michigan and has completed Gottman Couples Counseling Training Levels 1 & 2. She is also an IFS therapist (Internal Family Systems), which helps people to understand parts or aspects of themselves and how those parts interact with other people. She is also a Shambhala Meditation Guide and incorporates mindfulness into all her work. While trained in many approaches, Heather is organic and person-centered in how she works with clients.

Heather was great. She helped me focus and not worry about all the small things when learning to meditate. I seemed to have such a hard time but she really made it simple. Really enjoyed my sessions

Heather is an amazing therapist. She has the ability to strip away the noise and help you see for yourself what is blocking you from creating the conditions to finding inner peace and happiness.
Her approach is pragmatic and logical, and she guides you to find solutions within yourself rather than following a canned approach.
She has shown great patience even when I'm at my most Type A, and she has helped me to find the path to the finish line even when the world feels like it's falling down around me.
I have recommended Heather dozens of times and will continue to recommend her.
