Ms. Wong hasover 10 years of experience providing individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults across the lifespan.Her work draws upon crisis intervention, trauma informed care, mindfulness, and meditation.Ms. Wong utilizes evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, self-compassion treatment, behavioral modification therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help individuals achieve improved emotional and behavioral functioning.
