Therapy is a process of growing and evolving over time to become the best you. My goal is to meet you where you are in this process. We strive to get to the underlying causes in order to overcome those barriers and live a fulfilling life. Together, we will develop a unique, person-centered plan based on your goals. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree from Upper Iowa University.
