I cultivate a safe space where clients can express their innermost thoughts & feelings at the pace they are comfortable. I welcome constructive feedback from my clients throughout the therapeutic process to ensure that I am best serving them. I utilize techniques from various modalities such as CBT, Exposure, ACT, & Person Centered Therapy, among others.
