Getting to know Ina Beller

Hello and welcome. I'm glad you clicked on my practice, as I'm here to help! I realize it takes a lot of courage to scroll the internet looking for assistance with your eating, anxiety, depression, or other concerns. There's so much information out there, and you may not even really know what you're looking for. Perhaps I can clarify what I have to offer, and you can decide whether you'd like to talk further. I'm a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Service from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. I try to help folks feel better in their own skin. Whether it's anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, relationships, or depression, suffering can be very uncomfortable and even debilitating. My twenty-five years plus of experience allow me to recognize what may be wrong and how to help you feel better. I initially talk with people on the phone for a few minutes to determine whether a session makes sense. I then take the time to get to know you personally and thoroughly in person to determine how I can help.
