Hi and welcome! I am so glad that you are here. My name is Jacki Nardone, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Barry University, as well as a Certified Clinical Adventure Therapist. My goal is to create a compassionate yet challenging environment to work through your struggles. I work alongside you to process, examine, and adjust your current way of thinking and to focus on what you want to shift in your life. As a Certified Clinical Adventure Therapist, we can also work in a creative, unique way to address anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or empowerment. I have been working with individuals and groups for 20 plus years and have experience with children, teens, and adults. I look forward to working with you.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
