What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma disorders. My therapeutic approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). With couples, I use and emotion-focused approach for rebuilding strong, loving connections.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who need help coping with their difficult thoughts and feelings or in connecting with others due to trauma or feelings of shame. Our sessions will include more than coping skills training. Expect to learn how your symptoms function, what really matters to you, and how you can grow to meet the challenges of your life with greater confidence and resilience.
