Hello! My name is Jaime Williamson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Dominican University in 2009 and acquired my clinical license in 2015. I have over 12 years of experience working with adult individuals in hospital, community-based, and private practice settings. I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, women-specific issues, and daily life stressors.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative and relational. I provide a safe place for you to share your story and talk about your challenges. I use a personalized and integrated approach to meet your needs. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Positive Psychology.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You can expect a warm, safe and nurturing environment, where you can begin to share your challenges and concerns. During our first session, we will begin to examine and define your challenges as well as discuss practical tools that will help you to feel better and bring about the change that you want to see.
