What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my passion for counseling and extensive experience has continuously developed while supporting young adults, families and children. It is my hope to assist individuals in acknowledging their experience with mental health, accepting their issue as their own and identifying the life they desire to transition into. The primary focus of my service is to help individuals cultivate healthy self-acceptance and recognize that their experiences with mental health do not define their identity. I specialize in supporting individuals who face challenges related to stress, depression, and anxiety. I offer a warm, welcoming approach to therapy, paired with a strong commitment to excellent client care to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Treatment begins with warm relationship building while gathering data to determine the patients needs. This will initiate with a consultation, diagnostic assessment conducted through a warm and inviting approach. The patient is further supported with establishing a treatment plan that includes goals, objective and interventions, based on their presenting concerns and areas of focus to improve their mental wellness.
