I specialize in working with highly sensitive, and self-aware veterinarians, young adults and professionals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, deep feelings, and life changes. They wish they could not feel so lost, alone, scared, overwhelmed or exhausted by constant anxiety about all of the challenges they are experiencing. They want to feel understood, supported, empowered, confident in themselves, and ready to take on life’s challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients describe me as someone with whom it feels safe to share the hard things they may not have shared with anyone before. No matter what you are going through, you deserve a safe place to unpack these things without worrying about judgment or criticism. Life is often complicated, messy, and chaotic. I am honored to sit with you in the mess and help you make sense of the chaos.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is a starts with a conversation between two humans and evolves into a trusting relationship where you can feel empowered to disclose and explore your most imposing life challenges. My style is no-pressure and non-judgmental. I start where you are and work with you to develop a treatment approach and plan that works for you.
