I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) School Psychologist and Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, academic, and life challenges.
My professional experience spans both educational and community mental health settings, providing me with a unique perspective on the emotional, developmental, academic, and behavioral factors that influence overall well-being. I specialize in comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and bilingual evaluations, helping individuals and families gain a deeper understanding of learning differences, ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and social-emotional needs. My assessment services are tailored to provide meaningful insights and practical recommendations that support success across home, school, work, and daily life.
In therapy, I work with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and utilize an integrative, strengths-based approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and trauma-informed techniques.
I believe that every individual has unique strengths and resilience. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether through therapy, assessment, or consultation, I strive to help clients better understand themselves and build the tools needed to thrive.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, understanding, and self-discovery. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow. As Carl Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Together, we work to increase self-awareness, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I start by getting to know you and building a strong therapeutic relationship. The first sessions focus on understanding your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. Once trust is established, we work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
