I’m a second- generation South Asian, gender-affirming therapist offering support across Texas and California. I work with clients who want a space that feels honest and supportive, without being passive. We talk openly, name patterns clearly, and focus on practical ways to move forward, especially around perfectionism, people-pleasing, and boundaries.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is conversational but direct. You won't need to over-explain your culture or come in with everything figured out. Therapy is a place to slow things down, get real about what’s working and what isn’t, and build confidence in choices that actually feel aligned with you.
