I am currently accepting young adults and adults for individual, couples, and group therapy. With experience working with individuals who have struggled with anxiety, depression, substance use, incarceration, military lifestyle, relationships, postpartum depression, suicidal ideations, and familial issues, I bring a comprehensive understanding of mental health services, tools, coping skills, and resources to our sessions. My mission is to educate and break stigma while providing quality care. I take pride in building positive therapeutic relationships and encouraging my clients to identify their strengths while discovering the best solutions to their issues. Using an eclectic approach, I individualize treatment for each client, ensuring that your unique needs and goals are met. I am committed to guiding you to a better quality of life, and I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship to foster growth and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I graduated from Bowie State University with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. During my time at Bowie State University, I practiced as a substance abuse counselor, and after completing my degree in 2021, I began providing mental health therapy.
