I am dedicated to guiding clients of all ages—children, families, teens, and adults—through the therapeutic process. My approach to treatment focuses on managing trauma reactions, anxiety, depression, grief, and family/parenting challenges. I hope to support you in building confidence and closer relationships with your loved ones. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goals as a clinician aim to create an empowering, safe space that allows confronting challenges, unlocking personal insights, and strengthening coping skills. I also have specialized training in trauma-focused interventions TF-CBT, CBT, CPT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am available for weekend virtual appointments.
