Getting to know Jeffrey Beck

I specialize in individual therapy working on issues with anxiety, depression, relationships, socialization, trauma, and psychosis. Receiving my masters degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, I bring a strong clinical and cognitive perspective into my treatment. I like to focus on personal determination, values, and insight. Trained in rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-center therapy, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and incorporating a psycho-education and stoicism philosophy. My goal in treatment is to make my clients fully self-sufficient in understanding and managing their individual issues.
