My career began as a counselor in homeless shelters and alternative high schools in Brooklyn. I learned to treat every form of trauma head on, dismantle depressive thoughts, and turn anxiety into confidence. I have walked with grief and wrestled with addiction. I’ve had many great mentors from Radcliffe stacking produce in the grocery store to the brilliant CBT expert Dr. Yun.
