I work with adults utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neurocognitive Behavioral Therapy. Many other modalities are also used to ensure that we maximize your therapeutic benefit. We will implement what you learn to positively affect your daily life and your long-term aspirations. Additionally, we will explore neuroplasticity, how the brain processes information, to gain insight into creative solutions that align with your treatment goals. My career history includes extensive experience in crisis intervention, correctional counseling, primary counseling in private practice, community mental health services, and guidance provided in the Intellectual Disabilities community.
