Psychotherapist

Not sure where to start, but ready to grow? You don’t need the “right” answers to begin therapy; you just need a space where you can see yourself more clearly. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in the in between as they navigate identity, relationships, past experiences, and the desire to feel more like themselves again. My work centers on helping clients process their stories, tend to their inner child, heal old wounds, and move toward a more authentic version of themselves. My goal is to help you develop confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being, both now and in the future. Together, we can create a space for growth, clarity, and living the life you truly deserve.

Getting to know Jenna Reyes

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where your needs guide our work. My style blends gentle exploration with moments of challenge, depending on what supports your healing the best. In our work together, we may dig into past experiences, examine core beliefs, or explore different parts of your identity. We can hold space for the hard moments, and we can also make room for laughter and ease when it feels right. I show up authentically and encourage you to come as you are even if you’re unsure, overwhelmed, or still figuring things out. Therapy doesn’t require perfection; it just requires presence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session involves a mix of reflection, exploration, and skill-building tailored to what you need that day. Early sessions focus on getting to know your story, your strengths, and your goals. As we move forward, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe and steady, whether that means unpacking emotional experiences, practicing grounding techniques, or exploring patterns that have shaped your life. Therapy is a tricky journey, and I am glad we can take the first steps together. There is no right or wrong way to start, come as you are and we can take it from there. We’ll take it step by step, making space for insight, healing, and the tools you need to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
