Psychotherapist

Life can be complex and unpredictable, and I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive place to make sense of it. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where patients can feel genuinely heard and understood. My goal is to walk alongside my patients to explore life’s challenges and uncover new possibilities for healing and growth together. Before joining Stella Mental Health, I worked in a behavioral health center supporting individuals and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My professional background also includes experience in corrections, education, and women’s wellness. Outside of work, I find balance through biking, playing guitar, and spending time in the mountains—places that remind me to stay grounded and connected. Connection is at the heart of everything I do, and I aim to bring authenticity, openness, and even a little light-hearted fun into each session so patients can feel safe showing up exactly as they are. Let’s get curious together about what’s feeling difficult, and discover what healing and growth may look like for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe it’s never too late to create the life you want. Change is not only possible, but is a vital part of being human. Growth often happens in moments that feel uncomfortable or uncertain, and therapy offers a unique space to explore those moments with curiosity and courage. I’m certified in EMDR and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is holistic and somatic, focused on integrating mind, body, and environment. I’m also keen on interventional, biological treatments in mental health and how these approaches complement traditional therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to sort through life’s challenges. As an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I strive to create a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and discover new possibilities for healing and change.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
