I use a blend of existential, person centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), tailored to your individual needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session together, you'll be greeted with warmth and compassion. We'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Our session will be a safe space for you to share your truth, without any judgment. After I have an understanding of your current stressors and or symptoms, I will be able to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
