I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike I know seeking help can be a scary and difficult process. I'm aware it isn't easy to find good treatment for OCD. I'm an open, non-judgmental, and caring therapist, and I understand the vulnerability you may be feeling right now. I look forward to being a kind witness and companion while you overcome your unique struggles. I take a curious, experimental, and respectful approach to treatment. I have worked extensively with depression, ADHD/autism, developmental trauma, grief and loss, complex and ongoing trauma, and with families, children, and adolescents.
