Hello, I'm Jenny. Our path is marked by significant people and experiences that impact our attachment, mindset, and worldview. Some are positive, and some are painful, both leaving a lasting impression that reflects our identity, self-esteem, and sense of purpose. I seek to walk alongside my clients as they find meaning in those relationships and experiences. I am considerate of the story my clients have to tell. I offer a compassionate space to meet them where they are and provide an authentic therapeutic relationship. With over 12 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and teens, I bring an existential perspective to therapy. We are not promised tomorrow, so it's essential to make the most of today, live well in the moment, and incorporate our strengths and passions as we move through our life journey with purpose. I utilize cognitive behavioral and attachment therapy approaches to assist you in making healthy internal connections and also healthy connections in your relationships with others. My eclectic, strength-based approach is tailored to treat attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, challenging behavior issues, parenting, existential crises, marriage and relationship challenges. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing from the past, navigating the present well, and bringing about lasting change for the future.
