She especially supports those dealing with ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, self-esteem issues, self-harm, sports performance challenges, stress, women's issues, and sexual concerns. Jennifer fosters a comfortable environment by providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can be their authentic selves. She employs a person-centered approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist her clients. Her goal is to help clients develop their own vision of success by equipping them with tools to cope with daily stressors. She encourages clients to recognize their strengths and understand that growth and change are possible.
