As a clinician; I take a person-centered approach to counseling; utilizing CBT interventions; with clinical expertise in couples counseling; anxiety; depression; trauma; grief; assistance with addressing relationship issues and navigating challenging life circumstances. My main goal in working with clients is to provide an emotionally safe; culturally competent counseling environment.
