My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, collaborative, and centered on you. I want you to feel safe, seen, and empowered throughout the process. I truly believe therapy is most effective when it’s a space where you can show up just as you are—without pressure or judgment. I became a therapist because of my own journey with mental health and the incredible support I received along the way. Now, I’m honored to offer that same support to others and their families as they move through challenging seasons. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me reading a good book, trying out a new recipe, or enjoying the chaos and joy of life with my husband and our two children.
