I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from Holy Family University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My top specialties are Mood Disorders, Substance Use, Relationship Issues, and Mental Health. I utilize CBT and DBT therapy approaches in my counseling style. I have years of experience and expertise in providing therapy to individuals, couples and families. I customize the therapy approach based on the needs of the person. Master's degree in clinical psychology Mental Health Counseling from Holy Family University. Bachelor's degree in special education Elementary from Holy Family University, Licensed in NJ, PA, DE, AZ & MD. Providing Supervision to interns in all four states.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation and then our first session will be scheduled. Our first session with be a virtual 50–60-minute therapy session and consist of building rapport, learning about the problem and concern, and establishing goals.
