Jessica Pacheco, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Reaching out for support can be difficult, and I strive to create a warm and comfortable environment where you can be open about what you’re experiencing and feel supported throughout the therapeutic process. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a focus in Substance Abuse from California State University, Fullerton. Early in my career, I worked with high-risk adolescents in school settings, where I saw firsthand how emotional and mental health challenges can impact individuals, families, and their ability to navigate everyday life. These experiences deepened my passion for mental health and inspired me to continue my education and pursue a career in therapy. I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University Los Angeles, Chalon Campus. Throughout my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and difficulties managing stress.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, help you better understand your experiences, and develop tools that support meaningful and lasting change. Together, we can explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, work through difficult experiences, and build greater confidence in yourself and your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are going through a difficult transition, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, or simply feeling like you need a safe space to process what you’ve been experiencing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and take steps toward the life you want to create.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Ultimately, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be.
