Hello, I'm Jessica. Are you ready for a change but don't know where to start? Do you want to reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and guilt to increase peace and self-confidence but don't know how to get there? I am committed to helping you sort out your life experiences in a safe, accepting, and respectful space. In therapy sessions, I consider myself a directional helper working with you to cultivate change in your life. Together we identify what you want to be different, analyze unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns that hold you back, and establish new patterns to live a more meaningful, value-centered life. I use evidence-based approaches of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you learn new skills and new ways of thinking to reach your goals. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialties include helping individuals navigate life transitions, and manage stress, depression, and anxiety. I also have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults on their mental and behavioral health. With my previous experience in co-owning a family business, I am also uniquely positioned to help small business owners navigate the difficulties that arise in business and personal life. Working with me means embarking on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I strive to create a collaborative and empowering space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to help you develop the tools and insights needed to lead a more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the first step towards positive change, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create the life you envision.
