Are you longing for change but feeling unsure where to begin? Maybe you want to quiet the weight of anxiety, depression, stress, or guilt, and invite more peace, confidence, and balance into your life—but you don’t know how to get there. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to heal and grow. In our sessions, we’ll explore together what feels out of sync, identify the thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back, and create new ways of approaching life so that you can feel more aligned with your values and more connected to the life you want to live. I’m also certified in ketamine-assisted therapy, which can provide an additional pathway for healing and growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches—Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to provide practical skills and meaningful insights. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that real change is possible when you feel truly heard and understood. I specialize in helping people through life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression, and I have a particular passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Having co-owned a family business in the past, I also understand the unique challenges that small business owners face—both personally and professionally. Working with me means stepping into a collaborative and empowering space where your story matters. My hope is to help you not only cope, but also discover your strengths, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life. If you’re ready to take the first step toward change, I’d love to connect. Let’s work together to create the life you envision.
