My approach to therapy is grounded in psychodynamic theory- helping clients understand the deeper roots of their emotions and behaviors, while empowering them to create meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our early sessions the focus will be on getting to know you, the reasons that bring you into therapy and your overall goals for your time in therapy. I strive to create a compassionate and encouraging environment where healing and self-discovery can take place at a pace that feels safe for you. We will work collaboratively to identify interventions that feel most comfortable for you in working through your challenges in life.
