What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My journey began in a child residential treatment center, where I later transitioned to community-based work supporting children, adults, and families facing substance use challenges, as well as the perinatal population. From there, I spent two years working with students and families in Arlington Public Schools. Throughout this journey, I've remained passionate about fostering a supportive and open environment for everyone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You'll find an easygoing, safe atmosphere and a welcoming environment when we work together. In our sessions, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, solution-focused practice, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to get down to the root of your struggles and guide you into the life you desire.
