With 38 years of experience in the helping field, I have had the privilege of working in various capacities, which has enriched my ability to support adults and couples ready to take the plunge into therapy. Are you ready to dive in together? I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I believe that meaningful change happens when individuals are ready and motivated. This belief is why Motivational Interviewing is my preferred approach, as it empowers clients to find their own reasons for change and take ownership of their journey. Since 2015, I have been the sole proprietor of my practice, where I have had the opportunity to help many individuals navigate their challenges and find a path to a more fulfilling life. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the idea that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for that process to unfold.
