I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, Virginia, and Maryland with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Louisville. My counseling style is warm, welcoming, and supportive. I engage everyone in a respectful, affirming, and nonjudgmental way. My approach is a blend of cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and rational-emotive counseling. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
