What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal as a therapist is to create a welcoming space where you can be yourself. I embrace your strengths, insights, emotions, sense of humor, and creativity. I believe in your ability to heal and grow. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to ensure that therapy is meaningful and aligned with your goals. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates person-centered, narrative, and emotionally focused theories, along with mind-body (somatic) and mindfulness-based interventions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to listen attentively, understand your needs, and respect your unique perspective. I would begin by exploring what matters most to you, prioritizing your stability and safety. When you feel ready, we will work together to make the changes you desire, helping you live the life you deserve. If you’d like to discuss how I might support you on your mental health journey, feel free to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. You can also visit my website or email me if you have any questions.
