Welcome! I provide compassionate support and professional guidance to help you navigate life's challenges. Whether you are an individual seeking personal growth or a couple looking to strengthen your relationship, I am here to support you every step of the way. I offer affordable rates on a sliding scale for self pay clients at $130 per session for individuals, $180 per session for couples. I also provide receipts for out-of-network insurance clients.
