GA
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Alabama. I am also a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist. Grounded in creativity, nature, and connection, I bring those values into my work. I help women navigate the grief, anxiety, depression and life transitions. My approach My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally affirming. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a strength-based perspective to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, manage emotions, and build healthier ways of coping. My focus My work is for women who are ready to unlearn survival mode and build lives that feel softer, more balanced, and aligned with their values. Whether you’re processing loss, setting boundaries, or learning to extend compassion to yourself, I provide a culturally affirming space to explore your emotions without judgment. My communication style You can expect a warm and welcoming space where you can simply be. We’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy—no pressure, no judgment. I My journey to mental healthcare I have 10 plus years working as a social worker with youth in foster care, adults, and individuals/families navigating end of life. The transition to being a provider came naturally, as it is another way for me to be of service to others. My goals for you I believe you already carry strength—even on the days it doesn’t feel that way. Our work together is about honoring what you’ve survived while gently tending to the parts of you that still need care. We’ll reconnect you with the truest version of yourself and move toward healing in a way that feels safe, freeing, and unhurried. My first session with you This session is less about “fixing” things and more about building a foundation of trust.
