Hello! I believe that mental health is vital to our everyday lives. I am committed to working with clients to reach their goals, experience healing, and overcome life struggles so that they can be the best that they can be. I specialize in working with people who deal with anxiety, depression, anger issues, trauma, child and teen behavior issues, parenting challenges, men's issues, and family concerns. My greatest hope for every client is to experience freedom, joy, and breakthrough. I am motivated to see you become the person you desire to be! I am compassionate, understanding, relatable, and ready to help you on this journey. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I have been working in this field for 5 years and have experience supporting marriages, families, adults, adolescents, and children. I specifically work with kids, male adolescents, college-age men, adult men, and families. I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of South Florida. It is so hard to reach out for help. Taking this first step is courageous. I look forward to working closely with you and seeing you grow. You can begin having more clarity in life today. Our time together will not only be motivating and empathetic but also enjoyable and unique. I offer telehealth therapy so you can get help from the comfort of your home. After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. Once you complete registration, you'll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video. This therapist cannot provide medication prescriptions, emotional support animal (ESA) letters, or immigration psychological evaluations.
