I am non-judgemental in my approach. We will work together to develop a plan that is centered to your individual needs and build goals that are achievable, so we can monitor your progress while working towards increasing your quality of life. With my years of experience we can work together to build a plan that is effective for the healing you need to increase your quality of life. My specialties range from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and many psychiatric diagnoses. The populations I work with range from 3-100 yrs old including couples therapy. Trust is built within the therapeutic environment. I am nonjudgemental and truly empathetic in my approach. We will work at pace that is comfortable for you and achieve small goals and making obtainable adjustment as we go. Everyone's pace and situation is individualized and we will build a plan that is centered on you're needs.
