I hold an MA in Educational Counseling and have dedicated over twenty years to being a professional educator and therapist. Since becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2004, I've had the privilege of serving on the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Credentialing Committee. Additionally, I have provided counseling supervision to nurture the growth of exceptional professionals throughout the state. My experience also includes working with social service agencies as both a therapist and clinical supervisor. My therapeutic experience spans various areas, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and career issues. I have helped many clients navigate through grief, loss, and trauma history, supporting them in finding positive change. Together, we will work closely to establish meaningful and measurable goals that lead to systemic change and an improved quality of life. On a personal note, I discovered my deep love for animals during the pandemic while working from home. I live with my husband of forty years, and we share our home with three dogs, one horse, one cat, a flock of chickens, and two goats.
