Through our work together, you will create a new story that is big enough to contain all your strengths, hopes, challenges, and all that makes you unique. From following big dreams to winning everyday small victories, I am committed to helping you succeed and feel more alive! I hold a Master's degree in Clinical and Medical Social Work from the University of Maryland, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I’m a Licensed Therapist and certified Integral Life Coach. I have over 15 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and adults develop emotional strength, learn new skills, and navigate life challenges and transitions. I use an eclectic, person-centered approach that includes: Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Starting a new chapter can feel exciting & overwhelming. For some, it may be about reconciling painful experiences, anxiety, and difficult emotions. For others, it could also be about self-acceptance. I provide unconditional acceptance and am here to accompany you as you learn to integrate your past, live more fully in the present, and craft your future.
