Jude Okeke, LPC

Psychotherapist
PA
As a licensed professional counselor, I believe that healing begins with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-worth challenges. I work with adults from all walks of life and offer a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach that honors your unique story. My clinical style is collaborative, grounded in empathy and trust. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and move toward lasting growth and wellness. Whether you're struggling with panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, grief, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support your journey toward clarity and healing. I also bring a strong spiritual awareness into sessions if that’s important to you. Many of my clients appreciate integrating their faith and values into therapy, and I’m honored to support that part of your life as well. Together, we’ll create a path that supports your goals, your pace, and your voice. You're not alone—and your healing matters.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
