Hello, I'm Judith. Do you or your child struggle with life's challenges? Have a hard time being motivated throughout the day or interacting with other people in a social setting? I can help you enjoy life and all things that pertain to it. With over 40 years of experience working with individuals and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is versatile, utilizing numerous therapeutic techniques with the three most popular being Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These methods allow me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals. I truly enjoy helping people become the best possible version of themselves. It is incredibly gratifying to witness the understanding and growth clients achieve while working through their struggles. Life can get messy, and at times, we all need someone to listen and help us sort through the chaos.
