I support busy individuals who often put themselves last. Therapy with me is flexible, compassionate, and designed for real life-virtual sessions you can attend from wherever you are-even from a parked car during a work break. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to handle it alone. We can work together to ease suffering and build a greater sense of balance. I support clients increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, and patterns, identifying stuck points, and practicing skills that foster confidence and relief. I have spent the past five years as an online therapist and co-responder to 911 mental health calls alongside law enforcement. Since 2009, I've provided dual-diagnosis therapy in outpatient, residential, and jail settings. I'm passionate about helping people prioritize their wellbeing and build healthier lives. As a single, divorced Gen-X mother who has navigated my own mental health challenges, I bring both lived experience and professional support to help you move towards healing and change. I'm available M-F and every other Sat/Sun, mornings and afternoons. I look forward to meeting you and learning your story.
